ALLUVIUM CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT

1. Membership requires a minimum 12-month commitment.
2. After the initial 12-month term, membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. Monthly membership fees will be charged to your credit card on file.
2. All membership fees are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
3. Membership fees are non-refundable.

WINE ALLOCATIONS

1. Members receive two (2) wine allocations annually, typically released between March-May (Spring) and September-November (Fall).
2. New members may be eligible to receive a partial welcome allocation upon joining.
3. Allocation contents are selected by Alluvium Cellars and cannot be customized or substituted.
4. Members will be notified via email prior to each allocation release.

ALLOCATION PICKUP & SHIPPING

1. Members are encouraged to attend release events to pick up allocations at no additional cost.
2. Members may be eligible for additional special discounts on the day they pick up their club allocation.
3. If pickup is not possible, shipping is available to eligible states for an additional fee.
4. Shipping rates are subsidized for club members but are not included in membership fees.
5. Weather conditions may affect shipping dates to ensure wine quality.
6. Alluvium Cellars is not responsible for wine that is spoiled in transit or refused or returned due to delivery issues. However, we will generally make reasonable efforts to address issues with problematic wine on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

COMPLIMENTARY TASTINGS

1. Silver members receive one (1) complimentary tasting flight per month.
2. Gold members receive two (2) complimentary tasting flights per month, which must be used by the member and a guest (one person cannot use both flights) during a single visit.
3. Unused tastings do not roll over to subsequent months.
4. Tastings are subject to tasting room availability and operating hours.
5. Complimentary tasting flights cannot be used during special events or concerts.

MEMBER DISCOUNTS

1. Discounts apply to regularly priced wines and merchandise only.
2. Silver members receive 10% off, Gold members receive 20% off, and Industry members receive 30% off.
3. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. To cancel membership after the 12-month commitment, members must provide written notice to the Alluvium Club Manager at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date.
2. Early cancellation within the initial 12-month term may result in a cancellation fee equal to the greater of: (a) remaining monthly payments, or (b) the value of wine distributed to the club member less past monthly payments paid.
3. Alluvium Cellars reserves the right to terminate membership at any time at our discretion.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGES

1. Members may upgrade their membership level at any time.
2. Downgrading membership is permitted only after completing the initial 12-month commitment.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Alluvium Cellars reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice to members.
2. Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared outside of specified guest privileges.
3. Proof of identification may be required when redeeming membership benefits.
4. Industry membership requires verification of current employment in the wine industry.

By joining the Alluvium Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
